Great service, good rooms, comfortable stay. The room quality is good. The rooms are clean and the location is great. Very close to Main Railway station,Satisfied with the service .Enjoyed the complimentary Breakfast they provide us .

The property is located right next to the Railway track. But good acoustics greatly reduce the noise of the Trains. The rooms are clean, tidy and OK for a single person. The cot and rooms are not fit for double occupancy.. Ample car park available. There is no restaurant attached to the property Breakfast was complimentary but the spread was very very basic and quantity was not enough. The food and beverage aspect lacks professionalism . The staff are very courteous and helpful. They sent me a person to the Railway station platform to guide me to the hotel. The tariff is reasonable and value for money even though rooms are small
Do not take andra style meals from the fast food hotel attached to this hotel.

This hotel facility was nice and they have a tie up for complementary breakfast with a hotel attached to the same building (I forgot that hotel name). The breakfast is good and never ever try Aandra meals here. They have a dishes which are not good to fit for the meal and then don't even have pickle for curd rice. pappu was pathetic and rasam as well was not good. You can try other north dishes and they are better.

Only advantage of this hotel is its vicinity to Railway Station. Every time we entered the room, it has a peculiar stink - till we switched on the exhaust for some time. We had to change the room as flush was not functioning properly. No staff to change the linen in the late evening. Poor supervisor himself was alone struggling to change it. No kitchen or pantry - for breakfast and meals, walk across to the adjacent food court.

Worst hotel I had ever travelled. Visited same hotel in August 2017nas well after booking it from goibibo but at that time as well faced very bad experience. This time faced even worst as stated for two days and found my ac leaking water onto my bed. Given many complaints by phone and verbal too to manager but he kept on stating that his staff is busy. So very annoyed with the hotel faculty.
