My stay was really amazing I stayed at this hotel for 28 days and everything including food , cleanliness amazing . Staff was very supportive and they have helped me a lot . If you are looking for hygiene and quality you should must visit The Evergrand Palace.

Excellent hospitality and service showed by Raj during my stay in hotel. This hotel is corporate business oriented yet family friendly with feel good factor. Food is excellent with nice spread. Front desk is also very friendly.

Another amazing stay at the hotel, so ideal to get anywhere with in a Rajkot and surrounding areas. Hotel was clean, staff where great and friendly. Recommend to all family’s, couples and 1st time visitors .. If you travelling to Rajkot and need a place to stay , this is ideal. The highlight of the hotel is the excellent staff. A huge thanks especially to Shakti Bhai at reception and Chotu Bhai in the kitchen. The rest of the kitchen staff and room service boys were great to and you rarely experience customer service where people go out of their way for you. We had booked the room based on the location which is centrally located. The room itself is good and plenty of amenities are provided (could do with a locker though) The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and we ate dinner there a few times as the food is very good too. They will tell you the food will take 25 minutes to come but it's because they will cook it properly and use good quality ingredients- it's not generic food with artificial flavours or frozen food - so deffo worth the wait. A bit of feedback for improvement would be the bed linen could have been cleaner but apart from that the experience was very positive and I will be staying here again.

ideal property location, friendly staff, large choice of breakfast menu, free wifi in room but not in lobby/restaurant areas. Management needs to address this issue as not all guests have data capability and require wifi access throughout the property. Club Rooms were small for 2 adults and Infant with luggage, requested upgrade to premium which were bigger rooms. Bathroom/Showers need upgrading. Cleaning staff had to be told where to clean everyday. Bed sheets were at times had to be requested to change due to pen/ink mark stains Overall good experience but small attention to detail regarding cleaning makes a big difference in overall experience. Management should invest in modern cleaning equipment for housekeeping staff as cleaning all done by hand with cloth&spray.and also invest in new fitted bed sheets. Small changes and investment would make guest experience even better especially for NRI/Foreign guests. Overall would rate the experience and stay at the property 7 out of 10
