Best place to stay near Ranchi station and almost in the heart of the city. The food is good, staff are very receptive and humble. Room service can be improved though specially when it comes to serving food in the room.
Went for a birthday celebration with family. Staffs with excellent service made it memorable. delish food, good ambience

We had a wedding in our family in December and the entire family was staying at Capitol Residency with some of the functions also organized in the hotel. I cannot begin to thank the brilliant team at Capitol Residency for their exceptional hospitality and for taking care of our guests as their own. Under the very able leadership of Mr. Asit Kundu, the team comprising of Jitendra, Rajan, Saurav and so many more, walked with us through the entire stay of 3 days to ensure that we did not face any obstacle. The rooms were clean and absolutely hygienic, the food was consistently fantastic and the staff was also prompt and promising. The absolute cherry on top being the Sajjan Kot that was organised for our guests with Bengali delicacies. Spot-on service! My family and I are eternally grateful to Capitol Residency for everything they did for us. They made the wedding seamless and absolutely memorable.
