    It was such a beautiful place to stay with nature. Resort is surrounded with mountains and River. Rooms were clean, spotless and you can enjoy the sound of river. Food was delicious, you can give your preference to chef. Will be back soon Thank you Team.

    Nice location and good river view.housekeeping staff are so good , poonam is very dedicated and sincere staff she is very well behaved and I am sure must be a great asset to the hotel .I have stayed for few days in the hotel and very kindly observed poonam work skill. I really impressed with his dedication and loyalty and honesty .I wish all the best for the future.also thank you so much Pacific inn resort management.

    Nice location and good river view. Perfect place to unwind with family and friends.if you are lucky enough and early riser, might get chance to watch birds. River rafting,bungee jumping and Neelkanth temple are easily accessible

    Here's my experience:- PROs- Tasty Lunch and dinner, average Breakfast, riverside location, decent room size but no view CONS- management unresponsive, very poor hygiene standards,staff prone to stealing,unpalatable starters,water ran out many occasions, no hot water in wash basin

    360 degree resort is a classic case of over promised under delivered in all categories The Sign board of 360 Degree resort is huge and well illuminated and visible from the main Neelkanth temple road which actually lured us into the illusion of great hospitality resort. Being a family of 2 Couples and 02 kids We took 02 rooms - 01 Executive Suite and 01 Deluxe Room on 11th Sep 2021 By the initial look of it both the rooms seemed fine however the HORROR started once we checked in. What went Wrong 1) Rooms : We realised later that both the rooms allotted to us were technically “NOT IN USE” rooms and only allotted to us because they didn’t wanted to refuse the incoming money Deluxe Room: Room 108 was next to the hotel main kitchen and every bit of sound travelled seamlessly into our room… believe me it was unbearable.. I am sure that Folks from hospitality industry knows well about the environment of a hotel kitchen during the rush hours ….We could hear every conversation and various different sounds through out,,,, and finally we decided to stay in the other room (executive Suite)as long as we can. SO WE PAID FOR THIS ROOM BUT WE DID NOT USE IT Executive Suite: This Room was equally bad as the previous one… There was a deep rooted moist smell in the room which inspite of several sprays from the room freshness, did not budge TV was placed as a showpiece as the management did not pay for TATA SKY hence it could not be used … BTW we went with 6 year old twins and idea of taking this room was to have them busy with TV and have some space for them. Basic amenities like waste bin was also not there in the room Telephone/Intercom - Non functional as other things in the room. There was no way to complaint or to reach out …. And every time we needed something we had to walk 3 floor down …. Really sad for an executive suite room. 2) Food: Below average… The Package we got was Room + Breakfast and Dinner. For both Breakfast and dinner, there was a buffet. Both for breakfast and dinner When we walked in the chaffing dish lids were open and food was absolute cold.. Every time we asked for fresh and warm food, the wait time was more than 45 mins. Not what we expected. Lunch Al’cart was way way pathetic .. we literally had to wait for 1 hour 45 mins for dal and Roti for the kids 2) Service & Hospitality: This was the worst of all. The lag time for every service request was minimum 45 minutes I actually failed to understand was it due to “LACK OF URGENCY” OR “WE DO NOT CARE” attitude OR did they bit more then they can chew… we were not the only one who were struggling… the resort was full and every other guest had complained about food and lethargic service What went well. To be honest nothing went well for us. However resort being located next to the river, most of the time we spent there to find Solace which we didn’t get in the resort. Being from the hospitality background, we are not tough customers generally as we know the industry well and understand how it functions. However here there is a major need of overhauling from People and infra perspective.
