Very nice place and really humble and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Shimla! They give 24*7 service and do not get irritated even if you call them at 4 am! Was really satisfied with the property and my stay!

2.5 km Away from the crowd of Shimla,this resort is located at a serene place nd offers every facility that you want. There is a vintage charm to this resort. All the staff members are always ready to assist. Best breakfast nd warmest hospitality. It was a great experience

1. We stayed in East bourne with a large group and we found the place very nice. Rooms are large and good. Staff is very nice and helpfull . Our stay was excellent.food was very good . staff was very cooperative really have a great experience.

The hotel is very neat and tidy. The view if the room is very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very courteous specially the person at the front desk(Abhishek). We were traveling with a new born and the staff made sure that our stay is very comfortable. I highly recommend

East Bourne Resort & Spa Shimla East bourn crap hotel Holiday 827822869 This is the second time im posting review for this hotel as managed to get the earlier ine delete ao that people want know the truth. I stayed in this property for 2 days , an old friend suggested me this property . I had worst experience staying here, their front desk is pathetic they committ you so many services before booking the place, but once you wire the advance their tone changes. The lady who manages the front desk only want money, Money is everything to her, she just want to suck all the money you have in your pockets and when it comes to giving service, they lack experience. The staff was not helpful at all, zero higiene, hot water issues, electricity issues, overall zero hotel in my opinion, ala cart price for morning buffet breakfast is750 and they charged 1000 per person just because we made the booking through online portal and we were not aware about the actual price. They Charged us 300 rs for pic and drop facility from mall road and since their manager was not well they made wait for the car for whole 2 hours then simply said you can go by your own. Then we all went to mall road with kids by foot which was around 3-4kms away from the hotel up hill and for our return they sent Maruti brezza to accomodate 9 of us in one car, Its better to stay at a budget hotel rather than this pathetic one.
