Hotel Bridge View Premium

Excellent and very Helpful Staff, specially Gaurav, and Restaraunt Manager. A worth experience staying at Bridge View Hotel. Hotel location is also very good , right at Mall Road which makes it a good choice.

Recently, we had visited with family of all group from age group of 75 to 10 years. Including a young couple, college children. Must say v all had great time. I think they hv forte is the happiness of guest from GM Mr. Sharma to housekeeping staff & liftman all are great help. At the restaurant THE MALL Mr. Jograj & OTHER two guys r always smiling & take care of small things e.g. my grandfather wanted Kichri they ready helped us & chef did great job on it & Masala chickens mouthwatering Not to skip terrace sitting is another charm. Thanks all of u for making our trip amazing and wonderful.

if the idea is to explore the city and just relax at your hotel , then this is the perfect place to be , its clean and right at the Mall road where all the major attractions are accessible . prices are not very high and staff is courteous

Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast was excellent with variety in menu, superb location on mall road, opposite lift. Excellent room service and hospitable staff. Wi-fi was not working. Hotel's entrance was stinky and looked bad.

Mr. Yashpal Sharma is a very unkind and unprofessional person that i have every met in the hospitality world. While I was staying with Bridgeview Regency there attached co property, i had heard about the lift issues that where happening in the building but we were assured about the issue being resolved. I along with my Uncle were stuck in the middle of the moving lift with another family with a infact. I had to call 5-6 times to the reception for help and lastly I had called Mr. Sharma who was so casual about the happening. With no lights and fan, about 10 mins we were in the lift and post the rescue, Mr. Sharma had no sense for a formal apology for the incident neither he was ready to take the responsibilty that can or may happen if we use the hotel lift again. By evening we could see other guest of the hotel getting fussy and started complaining about the lift. We received a call in the evening from a mannerless lady reception staff who mentioned that our booking for next day is cancelled and the advance will be refunded as we had questioned the Idiotic General Manager. We came back and took back our advance and moved to Hotel Willow Banks next day itself. Hotel Bridge view REGENCY which is next to it is really great and well maintained. The owner should fire the GM of Bridgeview Premium for showing no courtesy and such a awful gesture by cancelling our booking.
