Very peaceful place with beautiful views of the valley ..clean air to breathe..clean rooms big bathrooms.. The staff was very accommodating and the manager was very helpful and friendly.. Just the place if you want peace and quiet and to just chill for a few days.. The food was also delicious..

This place is good for people who want to stay in the midst of nature and avoid the city noise pollution. As read in earlier reviews, the resort is 10 minutes drive from the highway right inside the valley. The first time we rode downwards, it was like a roller coaster ride with ooooohs and aaaaahas ;) We checked in and were given rooms on the top floor (level 4). The rooms had issues with locks and smell, and Mr. Bhatti immediately gave us rooms on the level 3. These rooms were much much better as compared to rooms on level 4. First night we had dinner in the resort and it was very okay. Breakfast was include in our package, and was very average, nothing to talk about. The reception area is huge and the balcony offers a place for evening sit outs with family and friends. Would suggest to have food outside. Full marks for the location of the resort. The management has to work om service, cleanliness and most important food.

Location was pathetic and so remote that if Driver is not experienced and perfect, nobody can reach the resort. No Staff was available even at Resort to help park the vehicle and pick the luggage. Service Staff was also too less to provide you quality service. Garbage was lying all over the resort due to shortage of staff. About Dinner, We waited for 1 and Half hours to get the Dinner and at that time we lost our control. In morning, there was no hot water to take bath. Overall not a single thing to appreciate about the resort. Don't know how they received 4 star Level for the resort. Please avoid this property even if you get at throw away prices.

Although everything in Resort was very nice, staff was very elegant ,cook was fantastic but Manager Mr. Gill is a Egocentric person with no sense how to talk with guests even his body language gives negative and his talks inculcate arrogance.

The property is 700 mtr away from road , so once you reach hotel totally depend on them & that 700 mtr is very dangerous road . Hotel is not for family specially when you are with kids . They don’t have hot water option 24 hours , only in morning 7-9 am hot water is available. Service was very poor , room phone are not working , the heater in room was very small ( single rod) don’t take there family room , it’s big but in winters there room heater was use less. Only one think good about hotel is there food was good and hotel was good for those also who are travelling without kids . If u want to order any food tell them in advance as they don’t have all think ready every time . Don’t expect much in lunch . They have pool table and play area but pool stick was in very bad condition and play area also very dirty . The gym area is full with dirty towels and bed sheets
