it was my great experieance to dealing with Rahat Regency hotel, i want to thanks all staff of Rahat Regency who gave best service to my all clients.they never disappoint them.this hotel is near by shimla mall road,the view of rahat regency is nice. thanks Renu thakur

Well from the bold title you might have understood how was my experience! i an my wife have visited this hotel, we had a 4 days stay in this hotel in four days we changed 3 Rooms!! Yaa right 3 rooms in 4 days in the same hotel! 1st change - the day we arrived we were chilled and relaxed the other day we went out and for site seeing, when we returned we had our dinner around 9 and went to our room! All of sudden after 10:30 or 11 at night there was boys/ men's banging the Door where they were drunk! I immediately called my Travel agent and then hotel reception they told me they were people lost who their door! (Completely unprofessional) we asked for room changed 2nd change - The next morning the room was change and given room was a super deluxe room where again the best problem the rooms roof was leaking bad just next to my bed! We were unable to sleep! When called the hotel staff they told please adjust as there is no rooms available for now! We were moved to next room after a long day and night of suffering. 3 change was the change of hotel we change the hotel and decided to go to Chandigarh to our relatives house! No doubt the staff is amazing for thier service but they are hell slow with anything you ask them for! Please take care of the people who visit your hotel as they are no localites. That they can visit again but so that you can improve for their service!!

Stayed here on 28 feb & 1st March-2022 night...we booked two rooms. Its a very bad experience for our life. I have puchase room + breakfast. Also very bad experience of food.Very bad experience, nature of all staff's are very bad they are not co-operative including reception manager. No one booked it. Bad hotel.

They are asking for money only for everything... Very greedy manager. They dont value and respect customers which is really a BIG SHAME!! They will spoil your holiday, believe me..... Not recommend to anyone...

Very bad experience, nature of all staff's are very bad they are not co-operative including manager.. Also very bad experience of food as well... Non proper availability of plats & bowl no proper timings they are taking out food plats before closure timing. Only single item in breakfast no secondary option available if any one is having heart problems no option for him for eating.... Snaps attached for non availability of plats & bowl.. towels not clean.
