A very clean and delightful place to stay. I was on way back from a trek and the stay was delightful and most welcome. Good staff, efficient, following all specified protocols and more. Lovely, well furnished comfortable rooms and facilities....plan to go there with family for a longer stay.

Radisson Shimla is absolutely beautiful with lots of open space. My kids enjoyed in activity center. Staff is welcoming and helpful special mention to Front Office staff Sahil. He made our day. Also there was one intern whoes name was also Sahil, he guided us well. I will highly recommend this hotel because of staff like them.

A beautiful property located in the heart of the city. Rooms are quite good. I was on a business (offsite with team at DBS Bank) and it was fantastic stay here. Overall ambience, arrangements at law , at bonfire and entire staff at hospitality did their best. My Thanks and Best Wishes to everyone at Jass!
