Extremely gorgeous property with mountain view and incredibly helpful staff

I had wonderful experience staying there. Property is excellent and rooms are privileged to have breathtaking mountain view. Moreover, the staff is very courteous and hospitable.specifically, food prepared by Chef Dheeraj Sharma was finger licking and outstanding.

I must say the property location and view is superb. Specially the food and their service. I must mention Sunil the room service guy was simply exceptional in his service and the food prepared by chef Dheeraj sharma was customised to the core.

It's a beautiful and peaceful place. Away from the crowd. I have been there thrice with family. I love the rooms with Balcony where you can sit and have your evening team Staff is courteous.would love to visit again ❤️If you are looking for peace this is a perfect place to stay ❤️
Comfortable, Neat and an Ideal Holiday Getaway

FIrst of all Shoghi is an ideal getaway specially for those from the NCR as it takes around 6/7 hrs to reach. It is around 18 kms short of Shimla so u can go to the Mall but stay away from the crowds. WoodSmoke is more of high end resort than others nearby but it delivers on comfort, cleanliness and has a great inhouse kitchen. U get some great walks around the property as well, specially for nature lovers and those looks for a stretch. The rooms with a balcony give u yr own private view of Shimla and the surrounding countryside. The Resort Manager Lucky is affable and accessible and helped make our stay so great that we were back within a week !
Worst Experience Ever !

I suggest people not to go there as the worst thing about them is the management specially Mr.Lucky(Manager) and Mr.Neeraj(Executive Chef) they both were full of arrogance and attitude and was not ready to help there guest and serve them good ! They were just disappointing us from day one but the staff like Mr.Ravi was very helpful and coordinating to us ! Go on your own risk !
