Great Management and Hospitality

The resort has scenic views and a very hospitable staff. They go out of their way to greet you and cater to your requests. We had a lovely 2 night stay, and had a chance to interact with the Hotel GM (Nittin) who also went above and beyond in helping us and honoring our requests. We were very impressed. It was a short break for my parents and myself, and we enjoyed the Himachali hospitality and natural beauty.

Awesome place with excellent hospitality, specially the love bhuma ji gives with food. Every person in staff under mr gurjer is kind & generous. Its a peace ful place with beautiful view Liked the most. .

The hotel was excellent. The rooms, staff, restaurant everything was fantastic and well maintained. The staff was so friendly and helpful and rhe views from the hotel were just wow 😍.. everything was available in the hotel...i was really fun to had such a great experience with the treehouse chail villas..i would really like to visit here once again

The property is amazing!! Away from crowd of Shimla, situated in Chail this is just the place to unwind. All staff members are courteous, soft spoken and well mannered. We experienced a very good hospitality from them.
I will suggest my friends to stay there every vocation. Its really memorable.
