Great place to stay , with courteous staff and lip smacking food. Me and my family felt really at home ! The time we were in the hotel, we really had an relaxing time and were treated really well. The staff was really approachable and helpful. The only drawback of this property is the distance from Mall Road

Stayed in executive room. Room has a great and fantastic mountain view. Food was tasty as we were expecting. Stayed here for three nights and had amazing stay with the hotel. Hotel staff is very polite and I am recommending this to everyone

Had a great staying experience with the grand welcome hotel. Wonderful staff with amazing services. Delicious food, neat and clean rooms. All staff are very professional. Buffet was seriously so amazing.

Very Unprofessional, Non Committed.. What has been committed is not taken care... will initiate to blacklist this Hotel, It is worth Mentioning Names Right from Reservations Paramjeet to Duty Managers Nikhil and colleagues all non professional staff... very disappointed with the way the reservation was managed.
