It's exactly a 5 star category hotel . value for money, it's amazing. Much better than other hotels in shirdi . Friendly staff and meditation roomfor relaxation. First hotel built in Shirdi.i have been to other hotels also but this hotel provides best service . hotel staff is friendly and helpfull and the best part of that hotel is located exactly opp temple main gate ..and if u r looking for delicious food then woodland restaurant it is .best hotel in shirdi ..

Hotel is good due to its proximity to temple, washroom is too small, the first impression of hotel is identified by the way its staff at reception cooperate and behave which is not satisfactory, they treat the customers as burden and do not have cashless facilities for all the bills raised on us. The men at reception are not talkative and responsive instead they need to have some one who greet the customers with smile.

Quality/Standard of living has decreased drastically here. This place is really not worth living for price they are charging. As of Feb’22 my experience here was the worst as compared to previous years. The overall service provided by people is also very bad and they are also not even ready to provide me water when needed. On the top of everything they are also charging extra for early check in. We bought a 3 bed room for 3 people and another 2 bed room but they provided us with only one soap and 2 towels which was obviously not enough. In addition to this, the couch which was there in the room was broken and room also looked dirty and not sanitised as well. Even the locking systems of both the main door and and bathroom is broken. Which also increases the breach of privacy especially during night. We been visiting this hotel from the last 20 years and this visit has ruined our whole experience of Shirdi. I RECOMMEND ALL THE SAI DEVOTEES TO PLEASE NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL. To be honest please try to visit any other hotel instead of this, just be aware from this hotel.

Worst hotel. Don't stay with family. These people are cheater. Manager doest have sense how to speak to a customer. Plz don't stay here. You can so many better option. These people are cheater. Plz don't stay over here. Poor behavior from manager.

Except the advantageous location this hotel has nothing to offer. Started since 1981 and it appears no renovation has ever happened. Rooms Furniture elevator taps beds lobby......nothing has been upgraded. Not worth at all.
