Definitely not value for money. Usually people prefer staying in 5 star for the hospitality and service and the unique ness of property. We were disappointed. The property is huge grand but not very well maintained. The staff is extremely polite and helpful no issues with the staff at all. But when you pay good amount for a room you expect returns. No complimentary breakfast was offered. The room had very poor sound isolation. You can hear every sound In the lobby and that definitely disturbs your night sleep. No toiletries not even brushes were provided. The room being a smoking room the windows should open. But they had locked windows which couldn’t be opened. The washroom/bathroom space was not that great even the exhaust was not clean and the faucet and shower were not very well Maintained. TV didn’t work or worked with lot of difficulties that eventually you don’t even want to try. Minibar without anything inside. No stationary was provided not even a single pen or pencil in the room. Didn’t have staff to park vehicles. I had to park my own vehicle and that parking space isn’t very huge. Shuttle service is very good for temple visits. I was expecting more of a 5 star room for the amount we paid but we were not very satisfied with that.

Worst Service hotel ever been. Dirty bathroom showers unclean and choked. No water flows. Hotel next to Dirty City Drain smelling 24 hours. The sell Patio rooms charging high though next to Dirty smelling open Drain fooling customers. Dirty service pathetic food. At restaurant. Doesn’t provide Covid protocall

A dharamshala will have better facilities and management. On booking we requested for higher rooms on checkin we are given in second floor with excuse rooms on higher floor are not available. One of our rooms was to have twin beds we are given king beds. When we go to clarify miracle room in floot 3 is available ! We paid for extra bed. None given till 11:30 pm. Finally housekeping guy comes and dumps it on the floor!!!! They expect you to sleep on floor!! I had to argue at midnight for a decent bed. Guests are yelling in corridor at all times. If you think management will intervene they are tone deaf. So be ready for a cacophony Food is bad. The idli and cake was crumbly. Juice was colored water at best. Just 2 servers in a restaurant of 40 guests. Bathroom shower water leaks into basin area. Linen has seen better days! If you want a torture trip this is your place!!
