hotel is good and near to sai samadhi temple location is just opposite to sai dwarkamai temple rooms and hotel staff is good over all stay with hotel is memorable sure will visit the same for shirdi trip

Hi, we 20 of them visited from chennai last week to Shirdi. Requested hot water at around 12.30 pm to Mr. Darshan, immediately he switched on solar heaters and helped us. This touched me alot. Hotel is very clean, big in size, reasonable pricing, nice support staff. Very near to Mandir. Overall. great hotel to stay nearby temple. See you next year Mr.darshan. Thank you. Madhusudhan

Exteriors and interiors are attractive. Rooms are small but have all utility services- good and clean toilets, bed is small, Ac, LCD and a cupboard. Service is also good. It is .5 km from main temple. Only drawback is - either u will 2g in rooms or no signals.

stayed for 1 night in this hotel. Room is good. Bathroom was ok but not maintained properly. Hot water available only for some hours at morning. Limited channels provided in the TV. The hotel is at some distance from main road where temple is located so you will get tired walking to and fro. we had a bad experience with the room key they provided. Had tough time locking and unlocking the room. Food not available here. The nearest restaurant are at main road which is again at a distance from hotel and you will get tired walking. so overall an average experience we had.

These guys are big frauds. I'd booked 2 rooms (4 bed + 3 bed) for our stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Directly spoke with the owner/his son and paid an advance amount (2000/-, online transfer) and he sent a confirmation email to me. We were travelling from Bangalore, with the entire family, and I had called up the owner enroute to let him know that we'll reach by night. We had anticipated to reach Shirdi by 10 PM but due to traffic we got delayed. I called up the owner again at night (around 10PM) and mentioned to him about the delay and he said no worries, we can over. We finally reached at about 5 AM the next morning and to our surprise, the manager did not have our confirmation booking with him. When I showed him the email confirmation, he changed the story and said that the A/C isn't working and hence we are accommodating you in a different hotel (Sai Suraj Palace). We were still OK, pretty tired with 22 hour drive from Bangalore, but upon reaching the alternate hotel, it was nothing but a cramped hotel, the ones that you would usually see around the bus/train station areas in your respective cities. I asked for a refund and they again had multiple stories to make. It was only when I started creating a scene is when I got the refund and then started with our hunt for an alternate hotel. Not to forget, this is with the entire family in the car, having driven for 22 hours from Bangalore, and with our 4-legged family member as well (Sai Suraj Park is listed as pet-friendly and I had got a confirmation in the email as well). Hence, book at your own risk and beware of these fraudsters at Shirdi. Bloody cheats!!
