Hotel TSA

Location: Opposite Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus, 500m into the alley road. Rooms are good for the price range, bathroom could be more cleanly. Food was very good and cheap compared to the market. We had a comfortable stay. Owner is very courteous and helpful as well as the reception person (one young and one middle aged man) was very polite. Our return train was at 5am and the owner arranged us a car at a nominal rate. I recommend this hotel to people looking for a budget stay at Siliguri.

Not so great, but something basic. There are amenities like TV 24 hours hot water (but they have a master switch for the geyser connections). Rooms are clean but the washroom latch was not proper. Walls asked for some paint. The hotel is at a good location giving much options for food outside as well.

A budget hotel that caters to a cost conscious traveller, it provides the most basic of lodging facilities in an unapologetic manner in a very blighted section of Siliguri town. The one night I spent here wasn’t without regrets and the the two elements that made by stay even remotely tolerable was the hot water supply from the geyser in the washroom and the aircon in the room. If you are stickler for hygiene, require a reasonably thick mattress to fall asleep on, admire marble clad bathrooms and get thrilled with the idea of room service - then this is definitely NOT the place for you. I was booked here as part of the trekking group but I don’t ever imagine seeing myself go back there ever again.

Hotel staff's behavior is too bad. Also the food and amenities are below average. We requested towel and blanket but they did not provide. The room was dirty. I will recommend to anyone to stay here. .

This pathetic hotel was booked online thru a third party website . Upon communication the manager at the hotel assured that the reviews were wrong and that I had done a perfect thing by giving them a chance in booking the hotel . So I believed him and informed that I would be arriving late post midnight . He assured that there is no problem and someone will be there to guide me . Sounded perfect . The hotel is close to the bus station to go to the hills . Basically just walking distance . When I reached , to my surprise , the shutters were down and the gates were closed and no one would answer the phone . Crazy and pathetic . This was the worst experience at midnight I felt coming to any hotel . Lucky my charges were reimbursed by the website but that meant I had to hunt for a place to crash for the night . And it wasn’t cheap . So the experience at the onset staying at this property was pathetic . Never again .
