Beautiful property and delicious food Writing it here bcz i have negative reviewed for make my trips customer support and they posted it as hotels review Its a good property, but avoid staying here if u have an early morning flight to catch as matagari bridge is not working at this point of time ( october 21) Else the property is beautiful

Had an overnight stay here while my way back to Bangalore from Bagdogra Airport The location and interiors are a big plus. Overall very good option compared to some horrible hotels in Siliguri town. Would recommend.

I booked a room last minute. And we got the suit room, it have 1 room with a living room and it was fairly spacious. All were fine but I had an issue with the light in the bedroom above the TV. I had called the front office personal, he sent a housekeeping personal who did not know how to turn it off. and the second time I asked for a tape as it was bit bright, he suggested to turn off the master light--so there was no fan or AC in the room for the night. And in the morning I decided to sleep in. But the front office kept calling that I had to check out at 11am. To put it shortly, I did not sleep properly.
Charging more than MRP

The restaurant, food and ambience is good however they have a skewed billing policy. The menu says mineral water at MRP however the bill was charged for ₹49 plus tax. The MRP stamped on the bottle of Bisleri mineral water is₹20/-. When questioned the staff said they cannot do anything since it is fed like that in the system. the manager Mr karun said that he will pay the ₹30 on our behalf as if we were begging for Rs 30/- They were just not willing to accept and correct the mistake. We paid the entire bill including additional charge since they refused to change the bill. While we were leaving the waiter came with Rs 30 change which we obviously refused to take since the manager appeared to be paying from his pocket. Very unpleasant end to a pleasant afternoon

Terrible place to stay, management is extremely bad poor service rude staff if you want to spoil your mood and vacation then only go to this place, nobody cares for you here, management does not take any responsibility for anything, zero cleanliness, we were denied breakfast even though we booked room with breakfast for all 8 members. Not worth the money at all, not at all recommended by me
