Had a great experience while living in their house boat.

The houseboats are amazing from the inside as well as the outside. The staff is very friendly and the service was also very good. They treat you like family not like guest. The surroundings are pretty open and there is no congestion of houseboats here. The water is also clean. They provide free shikara ride from the lake's shore to the houseboat. It takes about 5-7 mins to reach there. It is completely surrounded by water and there is no other way of reaching the houseboat. The owner and MD of the houseboat is a very good and gentleman. He even guided us as to which places to see and what things to keep in mind when visiting these places.

In shiraz our welcome was warm and lovely. It is family business and each one of them take care of you. The boat is beautifull and all the spaces are clean and in order. The location inside the lake, give you completely peace and really good view. Fardeen every day woke us up with a cup of the amazing Kashmiri tea. Beautifull days in this piece of paradise.

We had a memorable experience here. Our houseboat attendant was too much conscious about us. We cooked, we did almost everything possible here. It's a life time experience. Every tourist should stay here once. Wonderful view from every corner. Luxurious stay with antique furniture and fixture.

Although we stayed there for just one night but i feel we should have prolonged our stay as it was so aesthetic and beautiful that one would want to stay for a longer time. The people were so nice an caring that you would always think of going there again and again.

Booked thru a common friend it was an amazing experience , i m told the wood costs lacs to build and it has such awesome embroidery.... the evening view was most amazing and we even got flowers delivered to our boat on the lake
