I visited this place last year with my family. I enjoyed snowfall here and Shafi ( The Owner ) is so kind and sane person. And the food was mind blowing. I travelled to many places with shafi in brand new Toyota Innova, it was fantastic. It seemed to me as i was in heavens. Infect calm holiday is better than it. You can get the real joy here in Hotel & in House Boat also because Shafi has got his own house boats with name Shiraz Group. Best place to stay....Location is very fabulous...Very homely behaviour of staff...food was superb.. I’m sure you will definitely love it.. Last but not the least hospitality was really appreciable & Shafi is very cooperative as he has provided free pick up facilities from Airport.

I visited this place and it gave a natural delight to my heart. I enjoyed snowfall here and the manager is so kind and sane person. And the food was mind blowing. I travelled to many places with shafi in brand new toyota innova, it was fantastic. It seemed to me as i was in Switzerland as i travelled there it same, infact calm holiday is better than it. You can get the real joy here and come and really you will feel like home.

This property is ecstasy and delight and recollects a very sweet memory of entire trip. And excellent locations of the hotel... It feels we should spent the whole day starring at beautiful meadows of mountains.. Very homely behaviour of staff...food was superb.. I m sure every traveller will definitely love it.. Last but not the least hospitality was really appreciable.

Good hotel but a little bit far from airport and railway station. Room was good but room service not okay as coffee maker was there but no material. Toilet accessories was not provided second day. If you want to see tv it is connected to light so you have to keep the light on while watching tv.
