Hotel Kings Heritage

We were looking for a 4-star property that would also fit within the budget when we came across King's heritage and booked it from MakeMyTrip. The hotel is situated at a distance of just 10 mins from the Surat Railways station, which is very good in terms of connectivity. Coming to the hotel itself, the lobby area was spotless, and there were plenty of sofas if you want to sit and read something in the lobby. The hotel staff was friendly, and especially the receptionist, Varsha, was accommodating in terms of assisting in completing all the required formalities. She also gave us a good overview of the city in terms of sightseeing and places for shopping. The behavior of all the others, including the restaurant staff, was warm and friendly as well. We had booked an executive room for three people with breakfast. The room was tastefully decorated with a large king-size bed. It also had a sofa and a small table which could be used for in-room dining. It also had a wall attached table for the usage of laptops or just for keeping your luggage. The bathroom was spotless, and there was not a single stain I could find, which was pretty amazing. In terms of connectivity, the WIFI in the room was blazing fast. My speed test showed it close to over 50 Mbps. The breakfast served in the morning was sumptuous. The breakfast has everything from south to Gujarati food and even continental, including juices, milkshakes, and fresh fruits. The taste and quality of the food served were excellent. The hotel was so customer friendly that they even allow you to take the breakfast to your room if you wish to do so at your convenience. Coming to the improvements, one is the lighting in the room. The hotel needs to fix that because the room feels slightly dull due to a lack of proper lighting. The second is the mattress they give for a third person. The mattress is just made of spring without any foam in it. No one can sleep on it directly, as it will feel like the spring would pierce your skin. These two things need definite improvement. But apart from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would say this is one of the best 4-star properties you will find in Surat at an exceptional price range.

Plus points.... 1. Excellent Room with all basic amenities and support items in toilet. 2. Staff is supportive.... Negatives... 1. Food taste is okay...price is low but quality is ok. 2. Location is near to railway station but in very crowdy and in old city area. Surrounding may not be comfortable to all.

Was the first time staying at a three star hotel in India but was pleasantly surprised.. rooms were amazingly clean n rooms were big with lots of facilities n bathroom was to a decent standard too. Very big comfortable bed. Anything we needed was attended to straight away. Not 5 star but very comfortable especially as we were there 8 nights. Most of the staff were young n very eager to please - impressed. One thing which let this place down was its breakfast.. not much choice n quite a small dining area - not impressed.

Hotel kings heritage is a very descent property worth spending money staff was cooperative rooms were clean and spacious food was not up to the mark but the stay was good in this hotel 🤞its near railway station surat and is way better than the brand hotels near by keep it up

Kings Heritage is a very nicely done hotel, with clean rooms etc. However, their Breakfast is very Bad. The preparation is very poor and incase you plan to stay there, you must have the same at Farmaish, a good restaurant less than 100 Metres away. We then had a lunch there and were happy. The Staff is also average and as most small hotels, they lack professionalism.
