Best hotel to stay at budget price

Booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip as it was having good reviews...i stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the room was good, food was okay ...The main advantage is that it is located nearby malls and markets

Nice hotel little away from town. Good & neatly maintained rooms. Complementary breakfast is too good. Ignore old comments. Their Small Vada is awasome. Don't miss it. Friendly staff. We stayed there for three nights and cover following places, Visited the following places, Day 1 1. Feminine Mall 2. Ayyappan Temple Day 2 3 Butterfly park 4. Mukkombu 5. Kallanai(had bath) Day 3 6. Uchi Pillayar 7. Virali Malai Murugan temple 8. Sithannavasal 9. Thirumayam Fort & two ancient temple 10. Uthamar temple Srirangam 11. Boominathar temple Day 4 Thanjavur Big Temple & Saraboji Palace
budget hotel with spacious rooms

located at around 3km from central bus stand, this hotel is very basic and budget hotel, with no restaurant. Receptionist does not know any language except tamil. Rooms were spacious and clean, and so were the bathrooms. Hot water was provided in early morning, which was good. But toiletries were not there.
Satyed at this hotel for my visits to Sri Rangam, Tanjavur and Kumbakonam - with Tiruchirapalli as base.

About 3 km from central bus stand and 4 km from railway junction. Hotel is maintained cleanly. A budget hotel and value for money as for as rooms are concerned. Does not have a regular restaurant. Buffet breakfast (South Indian vegetarian) is not upto the mark. Staff are courteous but room service in the morning hours is poor and they take unreasonably long time to attend. We did not try to order food. However the presence of Amutham Restaurant next door makes life comfortable as it serves fresh South Indian vegetarian food hygienically. However the location is serene and preferable while the city centre is heavily polluted. .

Worst behaviour by staff in the reception, especially Ganesh.. Not suitable for family.. seems to be run by rowdies.. They're talking bad words easily and are even ready for fight.. Hotel staff get together and harass customers..
