Whenever I try to call these people for booking a room, the following things repeats.. 01. The phone lines will not be answered.. 02. Your mail to confirm Your booking will not be seen.. 03. If you have booked a non-ac room, you will not be given.. You will be said that there is no available non-ac room and it's your choice to select A/C rooms or not.. 04. If your check in time is after 11 pm in the night and you are staying for more than a day, then you will surely say that you are staying for a couple of days.. But, still they will call you at 11 pm asking whether you are continuing your stay.. 05. Cost of food items when you get it as a room service will be very high.. When will the above problems to the customers cleared..? It's up to the management..

the room was well organised and tastefully furnished .the best part was space plenty legroom plus an ante room for normal ac rooms this a bonus since we had a toddler with us , the toilets and wash aea very clean with top quality fittings ,we arrived late and checkin was a breeze, only negative was limited tea/coffee bag sachets

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with family. I have been visitor here for many years. Pros: - Very near to bus stop and in city center. - Rooms are clean and maintained well, service is prompt. - Check-in and check out were smooth. - Good parking space. - In house restaurant Cons: - Restaurant is pretty expensive compared to any other restaurants in the area. Once upon a time it had excellent menu, especially traditional thali. This time it was all missing. One can go out, there are plenty of options. Overall four stars for the room and service. Restaurant needs improvement.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city and has a very big parking space.. You have to book rooms prior in advance, since the Telangana tourism buses regularly come here for the refreshment of the travellers coming to tirumala.. But the problem repeats.. Prior to the booking done through mail, the room was denied and after showing the mail sent before the month, they decided to give a room. But, only A/C rooms were available was the answer given to me.. I strongly refused and asked for the room mentioned by me in my mail in which I have clearly given the note as " one non AC room". After waiting for half an hour I was given the room.. Communication with this hotel is not attended by the front desk people properly and This is a great setback for the management.. Room service - phones are not attended properly Restaurant - Very costly .. Parking space - very good Gift shop - yes.. but don't know when they open. Morning welcome breakfast - no Free WiFi - pass word is given but it is not working .. No shampoos are given.. only two small soaps are given. Try to get these problems solved to get more satisfaction from the customers.. This is the time..
