I stayed 1 night here with Friends. Good Property, service and comfortable staying, food is excellent and it is walkable distance from railway station & bus stand also, I am feeling very good. 👍👍👍👍

Hi all..we and friends came to tirupati and we searching for a hotel for all convenient to places to visit in tirupati..her we saw kences hotel very very near to bus stand and tirupati.and also nice ..hospitality ...staff and their food and rooms are very good..

During my Tirumala visit I usually stay with them. This was the fourth time with them. Staff is very courteous and always willing to help. Food served is also good. Their buffet offers at least one Andhra dish and will cost 500 per person. I usually had my dinner there during my 3nights stay. If you are looking for comfort stay in Tirupati then this is a good option. The rooms have electric kettle, toiletries.

I was a bit apprehensive at first after reading some negative reports about the hotel, but it was totally unfounded. Right from Checkin to service to checkout everything was tip top. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was ready to help out for extra sugar, coffee, tea packets etc whenever needed. The water pressure was good and hot water available throughout the day. The breakfast spread was vegetarian and we had a choice of Idli, Wada, Pongal/Upma, Uttappa and Bread with Butter. Fruit juice, coffee and tea was also there. The quality of the breakfast was very good and filling. Overall, we had a good comfortable stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Tirupati.

The rooms were spacious and clean. But its a old hotel and lot of fittings are old and were coming apart. there was some water clogging in bath room. But staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a decent place and good value for money. it hardly cost us Rs: 2200 for a night.
