Lunch post Tirumala visit

We had "Meals" as lunch here post our visit to the Tirumala temple. It was tasty and rice is unlimited. The meals package contained Fried Beans, Sambhar, Rasam, Fried Gobi, Aviyal, Vattal, Curd. Both Cold and hot Drinking water was available. Washroom was common though i.e. gender neutral.

Hotel is located in main city near by bus station, TTD Srinivasam complex near only, 24hours hot water and nice break fast provided by hotel staff,hotel tariff was some what expensive so all over nice

The customer is terrible and the manager Named himself as Chandra which is incorrect name. He was so arrogant that he repeatedly saying that do whatever you want ,nobody could do me anything. There was no hot water and the staff over there were covering themselves to save themselves. They were supplying water in buckets. The worst manager i have booked ever seen. No proper attitude towards customers. Will take this person to customer court Manager is the main concern.

It's the worst hotel in Tirupati, maintainance is not at all good, no hot water available here, lift is dangerous as the censors are not at all working,bathrooms are messy, worst service on overall . Not at all preferred for a family

Got Room#307 which supposed to be an Executive Room with complimentary breakfast. 6 points to decide your booking. Pic 1 - Stinking dustbin right outside your room entrance, mix of smoking and non-smoking rooms on same floors. Pic 2 - Power outlet can work with a piece of cardboard paper and does not require a key card. Pic 3 - Unhygienic pillows with stains. Pic 4 - Phone at room does not have calling numbers. Pic 5 - TV Remote control is broken and cellophane for use. No drinking water bottle in the room, and days newspaper is far to even think. Are these called Executive Room facilities? Pic 6 - Surprising highlight of this hotel is chargeable complimentary breakfast. See all the photos attached. By the way I did this booking from goIbibo and their customer service equals the subject line. Beware of such scammy hotels.
