Hotel 7 Hills Inn

Itss nice place to stay for one two days but something bad we have when we stay in the hotel bad experience with waiter, when we calling him then no one wont listen then we fire on restaurent manager then came to us take the order we just finnished our dinner

This hotel is used by local travels , TTD buses , inter state buses for using hotel facilities like toilet , washroom , changing rooms . Toilets needs renovation , Rooms needs improvements , there’s no hotel room service like other hotels , staff are rude , no proper restaurant service . Major point not to choose this hotel is its outside Tirupati and it’s difficult to get any autos or local transportation. Even if you get hotels for higher price inside Tirupati it’s better to stay there instead at this hotel . Read reviews about this hotel before booking at this hotel . Bon Voyage !!!

1. First thing I liked was though as per my booking my check in was supposed to be at 12 noon however I was allowed to check in at 10am without any fuss. As the rooms were being cleaned, we were asked to wait for 10 mins. 2. Though the rooms were cleaned, the sheets were quite dirty. 3. My booking included breakfast but what they serve is packed breakfast of 2 idlies, 1 vada and upma. There were no tea or coffee with the break fast. Taste of the breakfast was also not great. 4. The restaurant is most of the time closed and nothing is available. Even if you need tea, you have to buy it from outside the hotel, this was one of the difficult tasks for me as I was travelling with Senior Citizens.

I would request travellers not to book seven hills bus they provide terrible food and quality of service both seven hills bus service and hotel which they provide for wash and changes is in pathetic state rooms are dirty and cleaned bed sheet are just thrown away bathrooms are not cleaned buffet they provide as part of package where they won't provide any good food worst experience at last.

1. The bed sheets were not clean. They were so dirty that we preferred seating on the chair instead of the bed. 2. When asked to change the bed sheet, the hotel staff disappeared for a good 30 mins. We were getting late for temple darshan and hence just let it go. 3. No soap was provided. When asked for it, he said 10rs extra has to be paid for the soap whose cost was 5 rs MRP. 4. The location of the hotel is also very very poor. Its in the middle of nowhere. Local buses to tirumala dont go through this road. Since we took a package, we did not had to worry about the location. Please avoid red bus package where the stay is arranged in this hotel. They will only open the room for 40 mins for you to freshen up and then they will take the room keys and ask you to vacate the room. Where as in SLV grand and other hotels they let you keep the room till evening as the price is included in the package.
