" service are good staff are really courtiues . like to thanks . mahendra Singh (Housekeepig) she is really helpful .as well food was really good. Rooms were very good clean and tidy reception staff also very helpful....

I was in search of a place to stay during my exams which was around 10+ days. On the day of check in, the neighboring building was a bit noisy and when intimated with the hotel authorities, it took less than 5 minutes to shift me into a better silent room, which was a great gesture. Rooms where neat and tidy and service was very good. A very important point to be mentioned was the house keeping department. Stanley is doing a great job and staffs Bindu and Reshma was always there to help me and provide anything i wanted. Reception was dealt by Ajith and night shift staffs Bharath and one other boy (sorry i dnt know his name) was very helpful. The only thing that was a bit difficult for me was the unavailability of restaurant due to covid issues. But there also Syam was excellent at breakfast service. In short it felt home away from home. Mr. Rajesh is doing a great job along with his team. Will surely visit again and will suggest it to others as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

It is situated at a very good location. It is very accessible since it is located opposite to the secretariat which is the heart of the city. The service provided by the staff is very pleasing. The rooms were spacious and well arranged. Overall it is great. It is good for family stays. It was a great experience.

I was really enjoyed the stay with hotel chirag inn, opposite to secretariat, trivandrum. It was my business trip on first week of Jan 2021. The property is ideally located in the heart of city, statue.well maintained and specious room with all modern amenities and facilities. Service was as excellent.I personally recommend this property for both business as well as leisure travellers.
