MAKE MEMORIES AT CAMBAY RESORT UDAIPUR WITH FAMILY & FRIENDS

Our stay at Cambay Resort Udaipur over the weekend 15-6-17 April 2022 was a memorable one. Manager Mr Sant Pratap Ji ensured that all our requirements were promptly met. The kitchen department handled by Mr Sheikh served us fresh and delicious food which included parathas of different varieties, poha & sandwiches for breakfast as well as tasty dal & paneer vegetable with soft rotis for lunch. We played different games like table tennis, pool & carrom in the gaming zone. Early mornings we spent time in the swimming pool which was chlorinated. Housekeeping in charge Mr Chaman was alert about cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. The support staff at the resort was courteous. The resort makes for an ideal venue for weddings and special celebrations. There is ample parking space for guests and visitors.

This resort is situated away from the disturbance of the main city. Rooms are spacious and food is tasty. Hotel staff is courteous especially Mr. Rakesh Ji at reception. My stay was really good at this hotel, would love to stay again in the future.

We had an enjoyable stay at Cambay Spa & resort Udaipur over the weekend . The Manager Mr Sant Pratap Ji ensured that all our requirements were promptly met to our satisfaction. The kitchen department handled by Mr Sheikh served us fresh and delicious food which included parathas of different varieties, poha, sandwiches, etc for breakfast as well as Jeera rice, dal & vegetable with soft rotis for Lunch. We had exclusive access to games like table tennis, pool & carrom in the gaming zone and also to the swimming pool. Mr Chaman, in charge of Housekeeping was always happy to help with the smallest possible requirements. The support staff at the resort was very courteous. Neat & cleans rooms, good food and facilities with ample parking space for guests and visitors makes this an ideal place to spend some time with family & friends
THE WORST PROPERTY EVER

I booked below property via AGODA and It was the worst experience ever in my life. There is a list of problems and not at all worth the money. 1. No welcome Drinks 2. Windows are Broken ( Finally they fixed with hammer and Nails and This is not way in 4 start property ) 3. No Minibar in all rooms. We have 3 rooms and no Minibar, after complaining they were given 2 rooms. 4. Bathroom shower is not working properly 5. There is too much bird poo. 6. Housekeeping is Zero 7. The AC Remote is broken. You can not change temperature because there is a high risk of life because of direct contact from the circuit. 8. There are more honeycombs than rooms around the hotel. And please all note that when agoda contact them for this complain, they totally denied it. This is the worst property I had ever seen in my life.
Not refunding my money

I booked this place for destination wedding in June 2020. But due to corona plans were changed. This hotel was also used by govt as corona treatment center to quarantine patients So wedding could not go ahead and we had to carry out at some other place. But they are not ready to refund my money now. Its almost a year.
