This was one of the unplanned stay wherein we halted at Udaipur while on our way from Delhi to Ahmedabad.. since it was late evening we decided to take a halt at Udaipur and booked these property online.. the hotel was very much centrally located in close proximity to Chetak Circle.. the rooms were good and bathroom was clean too.. morning breakfast buffet was decent.. hotel has car parking facility in front.. also it has a sports bar.. service of the staff is prompt too.. overall a good affordable stay in the heart of Udaipur if you are not expecting the ultimate luxury.. it has a swimming pool though the same was not functioning due to covid restrictions

I was checked in room no.117 on 29 December for a day's stay. I have only one grievance about this hotel which is regarding a warm water bath in December cold. I waited for warm water in the bath room as the tap kept open for 10 minutes around 6 'o' clock on 29th morning. Then called the front desk for help. He said they have switched on the system and hot water will be available within 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. When I picked up the phone again , he asked me to keep the tap open for another five minutes. This was successful. But water was not falling properly through the shower. shower holes were filled with mud. I cursed the hotel. A horrible experience in a wellnown hotel because of the poor maintannce. Room temperature also was erratic. Room and both room wwere not properly lighted. A wonderul property spoiled by poor maintanance. One compement for the hotel- Good breakfast.

Room is okay. Reception staff is better, they can help you with the list of city sightseeing places . Thanks to Vinod for the early wake-up call at sharp 5:30.Good Location is near Sukhadia circle ( mini chow patty kind where you can enjoy multiple foods at one place). I will suggest to provide enough staff for room service otherwise it is good 👍

These were the rooms offered on arrivals. This is most horrific experience one can have from the hotel. When complaint to the hotel management they were least worry about the experience what guest take away. If some body want nightmare of the hotel stay nothing could be better then this hotel. No Manager , No Senior Escalation, No resolution, When we asked to call the Manager when we were allotted then they mentioned these are the rooms which were booked by you. Hilarious..
