We stayed in this resort for a family wedding. The ambience is great and so is the location. It is almost in the heart of the city.As it is a bit away from the main road, its situation makes it safe for the children as well as free from all sorts of pollution. The place is very spacious. Ample parking space is there. The rooms too are big. But the place needs maintenance. Rooms are not in very good condition. The switches are broken, water taps are leaking and so on. It is a pity that they don't have even proper cable connection. When I asked they told that only a few news channels (free to air) are available. The staff is indifferent. No body attends the calls.

This hotel is 3-4 km asay from all other attractions of Udaipur. We took a package which includes family suit breakfast and dinner. They were providing buffet breakfast with 3 items and fixed menu dinner. Suit which they have provided to us was specious but AC was very small for that suit. They also have pool but not maintained properly.
You can get better deals at this price

The resort is located in the city but away from all the important places and main markets of the city and travelling can be an issue for tourists. Don't expect much from the staff here. House keeping is very slow. You have to remind them 4 5 times for everything. Rooms are spacious but remind you of old guest houses. Better options are available at this price.

It's a nice property but very poorly maintained. Rooms are very spacious but mattress etc are in bad condition due to lack of overall maintenance. Levels of cleanliness are quite bad. I wouldn't recommend this at this point if time.

we visited in 15november, 2018. Hotel is as good as price. But they use property for merriage function etc. Food is average. Room is clead but too old. Quite far away from city palace & other hotels. Housekeeping staff did not receive phone at night.
