NICE stay with may family and my friend family .next time sure we are coming in udaipur stay at gazebo hotal thanks...this stay are rember all my family and friends family..all staff member are nice person.

Worth hospitality. staff was not sufficient. Only 4-5 persons are managed room service , catering , reception are and all things. Food quality was too poor. Room was not clear , spider n some small insects in every room. Very very disappointed . Only location is good.

I as a tour manager visited this place with 26 pax from 9th dec to 11 th dec. Hotel property was awesome everybody will love it. But zero hospitality. We visited at around 10pm food was awesome but they serving like they are providing us for free very much calculated roti chicken piece rice 1 gulab jamun it's so bad to serve. 2 point when we ask for driver food they clearly said we cnt provide driver food that's our policy. After many finally we said will pay after that they provide it for free. At morning time, we find the issue for hot water as a cold climate we request them to provide hot water as it's not der in tap. The worst reply I ever get from manager that we have only 1000 tonn capacity than we cnt provide hot water we request for 1 bucket each for 1 room they clearly said *no* and receptionist answer was " sir humlog thandi pani si snan kiya".finally we have to compromise and use cold water. Manager and team need to take the training for hospitality. Evening dinner time on 10th dec we request again for non veg food to driver ,manager said for veg food we provide free but for only 1 chicken piece they charge 450rs too tribble. I wnt recommend anybody for this property.
