Nicely kept and maintained hotel located centrally at Varanasi. Mannered and professional staff. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was quite delicious and contending. Advisable for stay at Varanasi.

I found this hotel quite decent , dosent have frills but it has what is required by a business traveler . The rooms are neat and the staff is decent . Breakfast is ordinary but doable when you are not with family

I had booked the Hotel through Goibibo. They promised me an Hotel with clean Room and Bathroom. We checked in on 25th Nov and we a couple with 15 year old daughter. They provided us 2 single beds. When we protested they joined the beds together but we had a bad sleep hence asked them to change the room which they did the next day. Now our Woes began. Below is the list of issues. 1. Main Door could not be locked from Inside. 2. Bathroom Door was hard to lock or open. 3. It was the dirtiest bathroom ever seen. The water was continuously leaking from the faucet thereby making the bathroom dirty and wet and this made the bathroom stink. 4. Shower was not working properly. 5. Hot water was not available late in the night. 6. No place to keep the Soap / Shampoo while taking a bath. 7. Corners of bathroom not clean. 8. When opening up the Wash basin, the water used to spread open in the sides and thus making it wet around. 9. Bathroom side mirror broken 10. The fan in the room used to neither run on Speed 1 or 5. Nothing in between. 11. The phone in the room was non functional. 12. Room Service was pathetic. 13. The bedsheet had stains on it. 14. In the name of Breakfast, they served Puri Bhaji, Bread, Boiled Egg and Gulab Jamun. No coffee, only Tea was served. We skipped three days breakfast because of poor spread. 15. Toilet seat broken I was stuck with the Hotel since I had paid full amount at one go. The management of the Hotel said, we will work on some adjustments but on the day of check out, the manager chickened out and did not pick up our calls. Then I complained to Goibibo about the same. They said they are looking into the matter but after few days closed my complaint without even speaking to me or giving me an resolution. Everyone here is just to make Money and no one is bothered about customer service.

Stay away from this place. Horrible experience.. Noting is right about those place...( We had booked 2 rooms) 1) Rooms stink and are smelly 2) showers and taps don't function 3) Air conditioner- room heater does not function. Neither does the intercom 4) we packed food for our return flight and found a metal pin in our food 5) the manager had agreed for a tariff with me and at the time of checkout he disagreed There are better hotels nearby for the same price . Please avoid staying here... Worst experience
