Amazing Hotel at a Quite Location in Varanasi

This hotel is a amazing find away from the densely populated city of Varanasi. It is very well decorated and very beautiful looking. The food there very tasty and provides bar facilities as well. The staff there was kind and polite and assisted in anything we needed.
Rooms are well decorated, spacious and provided with quality amenities. The bed quality is superb.
On the trip some of my family had food poisoning were sick very badly. The staff were helpful and helped to contact a doctor in that urgent time. The hotel also provided us with auto's to move around with ease in the city and explore the Ghats and cultural heritage.

My wife stayed for 2 nights in this hotel . Nice location at good area of Varanasi . Nice clean and spacious room. Bathroom area is good and very clean. Daily cleaning was very nice.Good food at free breakfast. Lot of choices . Overall good experience. Good service.smooth check in and check out.

Stayed on my business trip to Varanasi. Decent Hotel. Rooms are beautiful n decorated with all amenities. Staff is cooperative and services are good. Good choices in Breakfast. Food is bit costly. Enjoyed my stay.

Well located in Varanasi Cantt area. Checkin is efficient and smooth. Very little parking. A wedding was being hosted at the hotel making things even worse. Rooms are small , but clean and well appointed. There were service issues , like the safe in our room was locked and was never opened even on request. The breakfast though adequate was slow and it took for ever for them to serve a cup of tea. All in all a ok hotel if plan a short stay

We as a couple stayed at this hotel from 22nd feb to 24th feb. locality of the hotel is very good but this is the only one single plus point.
now about the other experience faced at the hotel.
1. check in experience went very poor. reached the hotel by 12:45 afternoon, the inside lights very dull and not brightness at lobby and reception. long wait for checkin. when i book the room the room catagory was clearly mentioned that bathroom is with bathtub but when we got the room the bathroom was too small and no bathtub....so after a long wait once again got the room changed. the two ladies at the receiption were working like very tired and completelacy lack of hospitality smiles. the whole procedure wasted almost 2 hours.
2. the room is good but damaged bath fittings as the tap on washbasin is damaged for our room no explaintion was given how to use room light controls etc.
3. horrible breakfast as the hotel catagoty is of 5 star a very normal breakfast without any taste. south indian food completely cold and not fresh. overall food experience also went bad.
4. too too too much hight ates for all food item in dinner...how can a pilgrim couple spend like this. for example just a plate of panner butter masala rs 500- and roti per pc rs 85/- plus all taxes that means to have a normal simple dinner with just one dish and rotis a couple need to spend 1200 to 1500 at hotel madin in house restaurant....
5. no dicipline among hotel staff at all, whole staff is useless except the door man who always opened the doors with welcome style. when we checked our and came to our car almost 14 to 15 of the hotel staff came to us and asked for the tips.....hotel should strictly control their staff that only the bell boy shall accept the tips....
6. reception staff attitude very poor. hotel cleanliness is not upto the mark as per 5 star standards.
7. NO covid protocol was being followed at all. not even a single staff right from watchman to the reception staff nobody was wearing the mask. moreover when we asked at the reception that if they have extra normal mask they told no mask available, is this one shud expect from a five star hotel
overall hotel madin is a good hotel but not at all a 5 star catagory of hotel i can give 3 star to this only because of locality and the the room interiors.....
for food and hotel staff i will give only 2 stars out of 5.
tariff wise looking to my experience hotel is not worth mo the tariff what they are charging.
