    I stayed in the Hotel February. I stayed in room number 2125 whose bathroom I did not like. On my request the reception did not change the room. When got my room change in MANTOSH and take care of me a lot. The hotel would never want to lose staff like MANTOSH in the future. Thanks MANTOSH

    The hotel is located at a good place. Internal Staff coordination can still be good. Rooms are ok in terms of size and amenities. You are provided with toiletries when asked. Room heater gave a little problem. Better than mushrooming budget hotels. Overall, can be chosen for a short stay.

    Hotel ok, nothing special. Rooms comfortable. TV didn't work, wifi slow, air con needed. Hot water intermittent. Breakfast, omelette was good, but the rest poor and not hot, toaster only partially worked and to get a coffee was an inconvenience to the staff. Restaurant staff scruffy. Laundry service very expensive.

    Location: The hotel was located a little of the beaten path in Varanasi - a welcome surprise. Nice to escape the madness. Rooms: WiFi did not work. I don’t know who installed it. It did not work. The beds were comfortable. Dining: Not particularly great. Breakfast was beyond basic and food was not so tasty. Expected better. Service: Nothing was done according to my requests. I asked for a water bottle, it never came. I asked for towels, they never came. Strange how this hotel functions. Bottom Line: You get what you pay for. This is a really basic hotel.

    Promises, promises, promises, but no hot water, Very, very expensive laundry. In relation with other hotels in India below normal level, we will not recommend this hotel, there are lots of better hotels in Varanasi.
