Hotel Deepak Palace

The location of the Hotel is pretty good. Assi ghat is only 5 mins walk away from the hotel. The rooms are pretty decent; neat, tidy and we'll maintained. The staff is also very good, very supportive and helpful.

It was a very unpleasant experience to stay at this hotel. There is only one merit of staying here and that is location . I stayed here for 5 days and since day 1 the hotel staff has been lying to us . On the date of arrival the hotel promised that they will give us a cab service and wow we waited for 2 hours for the cab at the railway station. And at last they sent us an ola cab that too a 4 seater for a family of 8. We did cab for ourself which created a chaos at just the starting. Then finally after the headache we reached the hotel. The rooms were smelly dingy walls seepage on the sides which created a very foul and horrible experience. Then they changed the room and the day was over . Then comes the second day dardhan at kashi vishwanath. We left hotel at 2am the hotel helped us with autos the auto took 750 from us for 2 autos which was a huge ditch. We came back from darshan at 4 am and guess what the hotel staff slept and did not open the gate. We stood there for 1.5 - 2 hours and shouted rang the bell called but no answer from hotel staff. Which again caused a very bad experience. There is no food available there . On the name of breakfast they give butter and toast. No wifi available the wifi works at 0 speed only at reception . At the last day they asked us to check out early as whole roads are blocked and jammed which lefted us to wait at the station for 4 hours. Later on the driver said that the hotel asked me to come early and say there is traffic on the roads. The hotel is a liar and play with the guest emotions. A big nooo for all of you who are planning to book this hotel. You will feel cheated too.

This place should be ashamed to charge what they do and lie in the advertisement . The front desk was unorganized. I had to be moved 3 times before they found a room where AC worked. When I got a room it was filthy and it had already been cleaned, the bathroom had black mold on showers . Most of the things they offer in Ad do not exist. The food was terrible. I would have left immediately except due to Dev Deepwali festival there were no other rooms in the city.

We stayed at Deepak palace only because it was walking distance to the Ganges. Made the biggest mistake.My family and I had one terrible night here and checked out the very next morning. We actually felt unsafe at this estabilsisment.

The hotel is well located to Ganges River ... About a 300m to 400 m walk... Unfortunately the service was terrible .. Rooms were not good at all ... left first thing in the morning ... There was no security didn’t feel very safe ...
