Comfort Inn Benaras

We stayed at Comfort Inn Benares for a night on 8th Jan 2021. The rooms are very spacious and the over all their service is excellent. I'd like to mention a few people who ensured our stay becomes a memorable one. I'd like to thank Shardhanand, Vinit and govind from Restaurant team who took care of food. I was initially stressed about the same but they along with the chef chandan ensured the food as just like home cooked food, Great Food experience. Another person I'd like to thank is Ajith Upadhyay, He was very helpful. The staffs overall is very helpful , Our stay was truly a great one. Thank you everyone at Comfort Inn.

It was Amazing Stay At Comfort Inn Benares. People r so Humble and Helpful Specially Thanks to Mr. Ajith Upadhyay. Check- in was really smooth by Anuj , Room Was Well maintained and Clean . Food Was so tasty and Good. All Staff is so helpful and polite. I will definitely visit again with family.

I visited the hotel with my family and had a great time!! The hotel is very clean and the food served by Chef Chandan is delicious! We had food in Restaurant and the vibe was great!! Restaurant had a great variety of foods,Lovely atmosphere to be with family. !

As u approach d Hotel d feeling of having goofed up starts....d side road takes u through alleys which makes u wonder as to where r u heading? D only plus point is dt it's away from d noisy road and faces a tributary of river Ganga. D rooms r average and do not justify d bills u will pay. D good part is dt d balcony opens. D food was so oily dt I could take out two spoons of oil from d vegetable after having asked a less oily meal!! Early in d morning for a walk...d reception was in darkness wd d Guard and d Reception desk person deep in sleep....noone noticed my exit....so much for security! D only bright spot was d positive attitude of d staff... however when d basic infrastructure itself is restricted u can't pool over wd just enthusiasm....look for better options as they do exist.
