    Rooms were nice and spacious. The location is also in centre of city. Overall, hospitality was very good. Recommended for family stays. The food at the restaurant was very good, homely and tasty. . . .

    A good hotel with excellent suite. Swing inside the room with luxurious bed and bath facilities. A kingly feel As good as the Clarke's nearby in the cant. Area. Though a bit faraway from the ghats and the old city. But peaceful.

    We stayed in this property from 13 to 15 Dec, Lovely experience. The entire staff right from the Manager Mr. Anup, restaurant Manager Mr.Neeraj and the support staff were very humble and reachable at any given point of time. Food served was very yummy!!!! Spacious Rooms.Very Comfortable Saty. Ambience of the hotel is Superb!!!!!

    I stayed with my family from 13th to 15th of December and I must say this is one of the best hotels to stay in Varanasi. The front office staff was very helpful whenever we approached them. Their in-house restaurant is a must dine for everyone and is well managed by their restaurant manager Neeraj. During our stay we tried a variety of Indian cuisines and drinks which were well prepared by their chef. House keeping staff was also prompt in their service and ensured our room was spick and span after we returned back to our rooms at night. I strongly recommend this hotel to all types of travelers be it family, friends, business or bag packers.

    This hotel is one of the dirtiest i have ever seen. Stinking room, dirty corridors, dirty linen horrible food. The housekeeping staff is one man show who doesn't care once u have checked in. Toilet has nothing working so they have a dirty bucket and mug kept. Never visit this unhygenic place. Health officials should close this place immediately.
