Very well behaved and coordinated staff. Arranged all visits without hitch and even went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Food slightly overpriced but no compromise on quality.

I have along with my family have visited Varanasi for the first time. Upon gone through the review of various hotels at Varanasi, I have preferred the hotel City Inn for our stay from 11 to 16, February, 2022 because of its ideal location to reach Kasi Viswanath temple, airport and the hotel is placed walkable distance to Varanasi Railway Junction and straight opposite to the hotel. The very impressed thing is the hotel is having a dedicated travel desk, where Mr. Rajesh, is very co-operative and helpful , briefed me the tourist spots in and around Varanasi. In addition to that he has deputed one of his assistant Mr.Ram along with for our family to visit Kashi Viswanath temple for hassle free darsan. In addition to that he has arranged for trip to Prayagrah ( Allahabad) by arranging car. Mr.Rajesh has also arranged for sight seeing of Varanasi by deputing a reliable auto driver. The interesting thing is he has arranged all the trips very economically at the affordable price and safely. They akso have the facility airport transfers. As regards, the hotel, it has all facilities under one roof. The complimentary breakfast privided at the hotel is excellent and the lunch and dinner as well. The officers at Receiption, Mr. Subham, Mr.Alok and Ms. Swetha are very exemplary and polite for addressing all the issues to the customers. The house keeping staff, bell desk staff and all the employees of the hotel are very good. The room housekeeping is extraordinary and all the requirements are fulfilled once ordered without any hesitation. The rooms of the hotel are extraordinary. In nutshell, the Hotel City Inn, Varanasi have all facilities for very comfortable stay for individuals and families as well and I rated the hotel ten out ten. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days..The rooms are nice and spacious..the staff is very polite and helpful. We had a great help from the travel desk in exploring around the city..they give you a guide who can take you to the ghats, mandir darshan , market.. It helped us save a lot of time.. Complimentary breakfast was also good.

All are very good except the staff behavior at the reception desk. Food is awesome, rooms are clean, location is wonderful, the staff at the reception desk are very much egoist. I booked a cab for Vindhyachal and the services and staff behavior are very good from travel side. Thanks
