The place is situated on a busy street close to Benares Hindu university which is 2.5 km Neat and clean place and well maintained The food served is excellent and tasty Overall nice experience but overpriced for the facilities available

We had visited Diamond Hotel in the month of March 2020 at the time of Corona. From the time we checked in till the time we left hotel because of the lockdown they took great care of us. They were indeed a "Friend in Need". They gave their best to look after us. Be it the scarcity of food , transportation ...you name it and they provided us with all the essentials that were needed during lockdown. When all guests left the hotel and only our family was there they gave us full support and took care of us ...just like a near family member would have done. At every step , Mr Sardari Kaul , the GM of the hotel took care of our well being.He acted like a pillar of strength during these times of emergency. Indeed he was a pillar of support to us also. The housekeeping staff were excellent in their service as well as the Kitchen and FnB Service staff. During lockdown they personally drove us to the airport, the Operations Manager (he drove the car) and the Front Office executive both escorted us , ensuring our safety at every step. What more could we had asked for during these emergency times...only realised that God did send them as "Angels" to look after us . "Thank you" is a very small word for the support they gave us. So I could only say their hospitality only reiterated the fact that Diamond Hotel truly believes in "Atithi Devo Bava" and acts accordingly. Will be ever grateful to you all, Kanyakumari Roy Kolkata

Stayed for a couple of nights for a small family get together and it was amazing how Anshuman and team helped us throughout the stay. Thumbs up to that. The event at Navratna was nice. The hall is well suited for a small get together and served amazing food. We hardly had to get involved with the organizing and the team manager most of it. The rooms are comfortable and I like how the hotel is not that loud. The place is located well near the ghats and temples, so you don't spend time commuting through the traffic A special shout out to the room service for the amazing food. Though the service could had been faster

The Diamond hotel was not same as before all new staffs, the taste of food was not like same as before. I visited with my friend he came from Hyderabad. We use to go here before covid bht the after covid suddenly everything changed. All new staffs, the service is very poor, the glass bottle colour are coming down. We have ordered chilli chicken and surprisingly chilli chicken was full of onions and capsicum. The butter chicken taste was not like as before same goes for chilli chicken, the service was very poor we had waited 20mins to order our second part of breads. Thank Goad we had not ordered Biryani. Overall I’ll not recommend this place now because Diamond hotel has lost their taste, their values and most important their customers.
