***Personally a 5 Star rating experience. Great Service with smile from the restaurant/ room service staff deserves an extra star.** *** Stayed in 2 Rooms for 2N/3D in September 2017*** *** I dont review 4 star and 5 star properties i stay at coz they are usually upto the Mark. Instead other properties which might help fellow travelers find places worth an experience are reviewed***** Pros: 1) Cleanliness: Very Good 2) Amenities: All available. Toiletries in place. Electrical Sockets- Sufficient, Unlimited supply of R.O. drinking water. Wifi: Speed good and all devices can connect (For some strange reasons the other hotels in varanasi limit the no.of Users on wifi(even the 5 star hotel chain we stayed at in cantt. had a limit of 2 devices). 3) Location: One of ideal locations to visit where one would like to finish her day winding up after all that hectic touring around the Ghats. 10 minutes to Assi Ghat from where one can walk all the way to other ghats. Calm and quiet with a Lawn at disposal for bare foot late night/ morning walk on grass. 4) Use Ola Cabs to tour around city or to visit Sarnath(Buddhist Site- must visit). 5) Rooms: Big Rooms and Wonderfully done. Every room has balcony to sit and enjoy monkey activities around with ample sunlight/ view of stars under sky. 6) Experience: House Keeping, Room Service, Restaurant staff's smile made all the difference to allow us an enjoyable and relaxed stay. Cons: 1) There must be a 'Do Not Disturb' tag available so that housekeeping staff doesnt knock at odd hours. 2) Reception staff can improve upon their hospitality attitude. 3) The Hot Water Geyser is often turned off by the Hotel Staff and everytime a call needs to be made to reception to get hot water. Must say- its quite annoying and the practice should be done away with. 4) Payment mode is CASH ONLY at the time. Though a Card swipe machine is available at both Reception and Restaurant, none of them was in working condition in the week. 5) No pick up/ drop on complimentary basis to Ghats/ Airport. PS:Do enjoy the experience of Veg Thali at their restaurant Shivas in brass/ bronze utensils. A must visit during stay or otherwise.

Very nice hotel.It was a pleasant stay and i enjoyed it. Recommending this hotel to my friends. Rooms, Food, Room Service, Front Office and cleanliness are superb. And sankat Mohan hanuman temple very near ony 50 miter.

Stayed here from Nov 2 to Nov 3, 2017. Here are my observations: The Property: ============================================ 1) Located close to the Sankat Mochan Temple, this is one of its biggest highlights. Very artistically decorated place, full of colours and lively. 2) Large sized rooms. Excellent leg space. Including a couch in a corner. Almost like a mini suite. 3) Mid-sized bathroom. Zero frills. No pressure Pump shower. No Hair Dryer. No shaving mirror. Clean linen. 4) Large-sized bed. Lumpy pillows but thick large width mattresses. Good sleep quality. 5) 32 inch Lloyd LED TV. Yes for HD Channels. Way to go. 6) More than adequate lighting. Yellow light bulbs. A couple of them not working though. 7) Only RO water available. Old fashion times. Bottled water chargeable. 8) Mediocre working wifi 9) Excellently working AC. 10) Buffet in Breakfast was not available for the day, probably due to lack of patrons. It was a la carte, and a very limited variety. A bummer of sorts. The Platter: ============================================ Called for a Thali (Rs 200). And what a gigantic Thali it turned out to be. There was Paneer Gravy. Mix Veg, Punjabi Chhole. Daal Makhani. Raita. Two Rotis. One Kulchha. Mix Veg Rice. Chhas. Kesar Ice cream. Whew! Loved it. The Postlude: ============================================ Fantastic location for those who wish to stay near the famous Sankat Mochan temple.

A modest but functional hotel that carers to tourists,pilgrims and business persons due to its central location,next to Sankat Mochan temple. It has a restaurant and has elaborate room service too.The menu includes ,Indian,South Indian Chinese and chaat items very reasonably priced.But it is a pure vegetarian affair. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also provide local sightseeing,transport,temple visit,boat rides,on payment basis. The quality of food and portion size are satisfactory.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to bhu. The rooms were ok but there was no hot water and bathroom cabinets etc. were in bad shape. Being right next to monkey temple helps. Overall, not worth the money
