    Very nice hotel at a convenient area , closed to Ganga River and Museum. Room are nice and good restaurant, with helpful and pleasant staff . Outside the lobby there is a small sitting area let you take a break in the open air with those beautiful plants.

    Had a very good stay at hotel pinnacle. The rooms are very clean, cosy and quiet at night. Food is very awesome and tasty. Staff is very humble, amazing and very helpful. For a 4 star property it was quite affordable too.

    The room was so clean. Getting cabs was so convenient from the location. It was great pleasure trip to Sarnath, Varanasi and the food was delicious. Would like to prefer again. Hotel staff were very friendly.

    A change in plan caused the regular used branded chain hotel in Varanasi to be unavailable hence this hotel was booked for me. Despite having heard horror stories regarding it’s pathetic hygiene levels and disdain for covid protons I nevertheless decided to give it a try to experience it first hand. Huge mistake. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in over a 25 year career. Absolutely zero covid protocols. It’s as if they live in the twilight zone where covid hasn’t occurred or they are so far ahead of times that covid has come and is long gone. Not a single staff member wore a mask. The rooms and the hygiene levels are absolutely pathetic. The attached photos will indicate how filthy the hotel is. Avoid it at all costs.
