I had stayed in this property in last december,h ad a very pleasent stay.Rooms are well maintained and hygeine.Food quality is good.This is prefarrable for families and business people. Cabana rooms are very spacious and decent size with city view.

We stayed at Haian for one night to attend a function nearby. Very good location, professional dealing with respect to reservation, check in and other process. Rooms are small but very clean and hygienic. Buffet breakfast spread is good and staff is polite and friendly.
Ok hotel / no proper parking / no valet / bad breakfast

Went for a family visit the room was good but 1.The room was not clean dust was under the bed 2.the bathroom was not at all clean . 3. The breakfast was oily and not at all good 4. The room service is sad . You have to call too many times for everything 5.there is no valet and the parking area is too small .

Worst experience, staff is very irresponsible and not even concerned about complaint. Room is stinky and suffocating. No ventilation in rooms. Very in convenient. Hotel charge you full payment during checkin due to in security of their services. Since they are not providing proper service people may leave immediately once they enter the rooms.
