Really it was excellent place to stay with family. Nice Food quality and test. All members of this hotel are very familiar, humble and cooperative. Overall i recommend to stay in this is place with family .

The hotel is situated in the center of the city. The location provides easy access to restaurants, bank, ATM, shopping and groceries within few meters. For reference, its near HSBC building or opposite Louis Phillipe showroom. The hotel provides vehicle parking which is helpful. Our reservation was through booking.com and it was fine. Though Treebo required us to pay half the amount as advance to confirm the room and when we reached the hotel reception we were asked to pay the rest of the amount. In addition, I filled up the online check-in form mailed by Treebo and uploaded our ID proof beforehand but the staff had no idea about it. I had to inform the staff that we have already supplied the necessary information. The staff is courteous, room is clean and service is quick. However we were not provided the basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. The breakfast provided is okay. They don't allow outside food but they have a in-house kitchen to cater to your food needs. Overall, a comfortable stay with scope of improvement and definitely a recommendation because of the location and parking space. Finding a parking can be tough in the city. The beach is few a kilometer or so away by walk.

My name is Arko Pal from Kharagpur, I started my solo bike ride from Kharagpur to Bengaluru and again started from bengaluru to Kharagpur. While returning I made a visit in this property in Vizag which was truly worth, I mean it ! No doubt about rooms ,as u can expect good amount of amenities . I stayed on 4th floor and the best part is about there terrace is that U chilax on the terrace. Nobody is going to disturb you. Hotel staffs are truly kind, loving, and generous ,seriously! U won't find anyone like this hotel staff, starting from front office to Restaurant staff. They are courteous and virtuous . General Manager of this property is so sweet, u won't know until unless you meet that person. Believe we are friends now , though he is Elder to me. He will help you out with every way possible. They do have a restaurant called as Waltair kitchen, just try out the food . No spicy just sweet and simple. All I can say, just make a visit.

Very good hotel. Staffs are well behaved. Service is very good. Amicable environment. Location is superb. All big malls, superstores are at walkable distance. Food quality is good and tasty. Hotel Manager Mr. Gopi is a very good person and he is ever ready to help to customers. You will enjoy your stay at PL Grand Hotel at Visakhapatnam.
