Beautiful resort for a relaxing getaway. Spacious rooms and tastefully done. Well maintained. The infinity pool is good to chill out. Property looks a bit old, but is well maintained. My stay here was very short. Tried Appam stew in the night and was tasty.

It's a very old property, Rooms and toilets have broken tiles, Spread over a large area , TV tuning a big issue, Dark corridors &reception area. Welcome drink 30 ml.Its more or less like a marriage hall with Rooms. Good for local guests for a weekend. Traveling from 3000km its a disappointment. Kerala definitely has much better properties in Tourism sector much more enjoyable and scenic.

Not worth the price. Overhyped place. Food is not good and portion is very less. Chappati costs Rs.150. Taste not worth the money. Breakfast is okay. Dinner served was cold. Property is good located in the forest.

Very old dated hotel ever been too. I booked an standard room which was the lowest category room, the windows of the room had paan spittings it was disgusting. The washroom were old school. We asked for an upgrade to pool villa which was avlb on mmt and goibibo which we were directly able to book it but when asked to hotel manager and staff there are no villa available if you want can book for online services. The staffs were rude. Vegetarian food was not good 4/10.Dont prefer this hotel ever and kindly avoid it. This is average 3 star business cum resort.

Property set in a beautiful, large green patch, long walk paths overlooking greenery. Some of the cottages are nestled in huge trees, tucked away. Some nice places like a waterfall with a vanishing pool, lovely hanging bridge. Very decent food. And positives end there. It is very sad that such a place which had lot of potential with its greenery and location has been built and operated in a really miserable way. Not sure where to start, but main pointers: 1. Lots and lots of buildings - each one with different style than other. None having any good view of the best views the place has to offer - even the so called celebrity villas. 2. Just an addition to above points - the place is very noisy in general - with so many unplanned building AC units, STPs, laundry units etc are all over the place creating a lot of noise everywhere (example: huge laundry unit is just next to a premium villa units) 3. Those beautiful green walks is also shared by vehicles(supposed to be buggy's) for carrying people and supplies to different units. But drivers think they have all right of way and keep honking, driving rashly unmindful of guests who are taking a leisurely walks. 4. Not sure if the STP/laundry units water is let out into the stream running in middle of the property - there is pungent smell of chemicals right at the start of green path if one wish to take walk. 5. Second last preference is given to guests and their privacy parties happen just next to the rooms last into the night - zooming cars go up and down right next to the rooms again unmindful of guests who might have come to rejuvenate in the nature away from city. But noise seems to be worse than their own homes :). One of the early morning around 6, there was metal loading sound of some material being loaded into truck or something, for over an hour. Almost felt like we were at a factory. 5. Environment and ecosystem has been given the least priority. With all the noise pollution as mentioned above and with smelly water etc, bird life is really minimal, though it would've been really ideal habitat. No special considerations given to some of the beautiful view which we somehow got it from some odd places trying hard to get a view of. 6. There is nothing much to talk of courtesy of staff. Some did give a try to help-out. Nothing to speak of as good. But the drivers of the local shuttle vehicles were really unruly. Overall wasn't a pleasant stay. Felt very bad to see how places like these are treating the nature - even tough its earning them their living :(
