Booked a villa for a family of 5, including twin boys. The property is beautiful providing great views including a lookout high point! The staff is exceptional & very personable. Vinod (GM), Dhaneesh, Sabarish, Gopa Kumar (F&B Mgr), Bonamallee, Amit etc. (housekeeping) all made sure we were comfortable & taken care of. Breakfast has a variety of very tasty traditional Kerala food (no continental). And you have to be careful of opportunistic monkeys who break into your room if you leave a window open accidentally. The villas have a jacuzzi which is a very relaxing option and fit 4 adults easily. The resort also gives you a list of places to see if you’re interested. Windflower is a great mix of everything good, exceptional service & would certainly be a great place to come back to!

I would definitely give a 5-star for this place and their service. We stayed here with family. Everything from welcome, dinner, breakfast, hospitality to the guests and all the services provided were highly commendable. Everyone enjoyed the ambience. The suite room was spacious, clean and very well presented. Really thankful to Mr. Dhaneesh and entire tem for the warm welcome and wonderful experience. Definitely coming back and recommend this place to friends and family.

A must visit property everything was amazing from check in to check out. Ambience and location was beautiful. Given 4 stars only because road approach to resort is bad and there is no proper maintenance in kid's play area. We booked villa with private jaccuzi which was amazing but only drawback was that being open too much monkey nuisance and no privacy with the next villa. Other than this spa, pool, food, activities, location, service everything was perfect.

We stayed at Waynad windflower resort on 23rd n 24th of March.All the staff...Mr Dhaneesh,Mr Gopu Kumar were so caring, humble n supportive.Room service was really awesome.House keeping staff is also very hard working....clean rooms,well maintained n clean jaccuzi.Very spacious rooms.I had a sprained ankle..... Everybody took so much care.... provided wheel chair....sent vehicle to our room for pickup n drop.Spa was also a wonderful experience.Me my daughter n my hubby loved their services..... Thanks to Dhanya n Mr Bhushan.Food was also good but as told by Mr Gopu Kumar.....their head chef was on leave still we loved so many dishes prepared by them.... Alfredo pasta,Hawain salad,aalu jeera,gulab jamun,chole bhature,puri,cheese omlet,masala dosa..... everything was awesome.....Still hope them to work on their buffet spread.....Lots of smiling faces welcoming u......loved the staff in resort.....Very nice people.Thannks a lot Waynad Windflower team for all ur care n services 😊🙏
