I visited Bangalore on official purpose and stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Very nice property, Good Location in MG road with access to Shopping malls and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and always ready to serve our needs. I wil thank Mr. Madhusudan and Mr. Prasad in Front desk and Binoy in H.K. for making my stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff's service is excellent. Housekeeping is doing an extremely efficient job. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious and filling. They have a change in the menu everyday which does not make it seem repetitive. Only that the buffet rates for lunch and dinner or rates for food should be a little more economic. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the town life in Bangalore.

Since I’m observing Ramadan Fasting I requested for a early morning breakfast at my room instead of the regular one. To my surprise I received a prompt call from the kitchen every night to enquire about my choice of food & preferred food delivery time in the early morning. The best part is they delivered the food on time with additional items also as complimentary. I really appreciate the service of Banquete Mr. Milton , Chef Chinnaiah, Sitoshna, Amar, Sanjeev, Basavaraj, Ajay & Dilip for the fantabulous care you have shown on me during the entire stay

Stayed here for 3 nights. It is more a lodge than a hotel. It is situated on the main road near M G Road metro station. Locality is commercial and everything available nearby. Front desk is at 3rd floor, I stayed on the 4th floor. The passage is narrow. Room is not much spacious, but neat and clean. Shower panel in bathroom with running hot and cold water. Room service is there and complaints are attended too. House keeping needs to be improved. Rooms have no windows but curtain is there to give a false impression of window in the side wall. Seeing the price at which it is available and locational advantage, I don't have any regret. For breakfast, menu was very limited, not enjoyable. They are just managing.
