Frequent traveler for chennai for my business visit.. I have found new Budget Hotel chain Ulo Hotels just for a try, Stayed in Ulo akash in which is very near to Central Railway station and walkable from the station.. We can easily get all type pf transport nearby .. Worth for money with good service from check in till check out.. Hotel owner is very humble and polite to guide you to travel across the city.

My recent visit to Chennai with family has been the best experience! Adding to this is the stay @ Sai Park in Periamet, close to the railway stations for those who enjoy train travels. Centralized stay to travel for nearby attractive locations to watch in Chennai. Off from the busy main road with quiet atmosphere making it a more pleasant stay, it was not that difficult finding the place just that roads to this beautiful stay is little narrow, this venture has the best rooms and managed well in terms of cleanliness(Clean sheets, toilets, wardrobes) No Stink!, good hospitality, the room service was spot on with good service and fast response was not difficult communicating, 24hrs service and WIFI. only suggestion is too have more parking space. Apart from that in short “ Summer Hot Chennai with Cool paradise Sai Park”

We stayed at this property for just one night. Though we checked in late night The staff at the counter was very welcoming and yes we were bit Sad due to some personal issues and staff was very responsive as he noticed we us and offered if he could do smt about it which was really great . I don’t remember his name however i would like to extend a big thanks and obviously he requires it. This response i may not even get from 5star Hotel. Though it was a bad day for Us the people there specially the guy at reception made us feel better.. it might be a hotel with small room but it has people with big hearts. I would rate its hospitality to the best. And the staff response was also quick for anything we required. Usually I don’t take much time to write reviews but this deserves to be recognised. Special thanks to the guy at reception sorry I didn’t notice his name, I wanted to mention his name.

The Hotel is well maintained, customer friendly staff, Rooms are neat but little bit smaller in size, AC and Non AC accommodation. The location is walkable from Park Railway suburban station and easily accessible to Chennai Central station.

At Residents lounge happy hour is one of the best and ambiance also very good .All staff are very happy at Residents Lounge ..Diwas Gajendra and Kapil .They are too good .Thank you ITC.Wevare very happy with ITC services

It's really clean, the staff care, I found it in a good price and the price is for 24 hours (if you don't want to wake up disconnect the phone line) the place is 800 meter from main train station Recommend speacily for travelers
