Most popular hotel in agra. Management is too good nd staff is fully supportive. They are behaving like a family member. The most amazing thing about this hotel is food.they serve tasty food for the customer

This is good hotel and value for money hotel,and main attraction is restaurant pind baluchi in the premises,which offers discount for in hotel guests.Overall good hotel,although it needs renovations of the rooms.

Lets start with location. The overall location of hotel is good. You have lots of options to hangout around with Pacific cinemas, McDonalds, Bikanervala, etc just few steps away. Now lets move to ROOMS: Rooms here are very small. With no ventilation in bathroom, you will feel suffocated. FOOD: You are left with no options except from Pind Balluchi which is located adjacent to hotel. Now Pind Balluchi is not for all! Hotel management should try to understand this. If you get a room at Rs.600 and then you have to pay another Rs.600 for food, why would people choose you. After driving for hours, a person checking in is left with no option but to order from Pind Balluchi. Not a good experience. Free BREAKFAST: Again, go to Pind Balluchi to grab your Free Breakfast! Its not served in room. We skipped ours!!

Stayed for 5 days.Rooms are clean, staff is nice and sincere.Good food facility at Pind Baluchi Restaurant. But urgently needs a Team Leader as if Hotel staff could not provide Tea kit even for 4 days, if ac is put off when u r inside the room, if kettle in the room is so dirty and unhygienic, if in the breakfast guests have to wait for long--- no one is responsible. If you complaint about something-complaint is not forwarded to the owner by the staff.

Hell hotel, bad than a toilet. Too bad condition to live. It was tough survival there. This kind of hotels are spoling the names of OYo. No facility. No TV. And donkeys on the receptions Snatched my phone and rated then denied the same. He was a pig.
