Skygrill restaurant view is very nice & Ambition fantastic and Nice food. Excellent service by Mr.Jitu & Mr. Vipin I love this place.we will come back again. And we enjoyed late night party 🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

When experiencing India, with cows in the street and rubbish on the roads, this hotel at first glance is good. It is amazing what you can do with photos. In fairness, managment came to our room shortly after we checked in to see if there were any issues. The tv did't work and with in a few minutes the manager had sent someone to fix it. The bed was clean enough and comfortable enough. The floor was gritty, getting hot water was nearly impossible on the first day but got better by the second day. I didn't want to turn on the AC because it looked a while since it had been cleaned. Ceiling fan, especially in the bathroom was like a jet engine but great for drying towels. Breakfast was included in our room and was pretty ordinary. Mcdonalds is very nearby. Rooftop had lots of potential and you can see the Taj from there. In the distance.Again managment came around on our last night to see if there was anything they could do. I do think they were trying very hard but weren't just there. I noticed that there were no women working in the hotels we were in. I think this hotel could have benefitted from "a woman's touch".

We have 2 rooms & both rooms telephone not working, we informed the same and got replied that within 10 min will check but invain. Bcoz of this we didn't order as no communication. In morning no hot water we tried all the way but again failed. Expensive room service menu. In front of rooms big laundry baggages lying as we told to clear as we hv opposite rooms but nothing. Finally our money goes in water.....

The Crystal Inn is ok. Mostly clean, nice enough furnishings for the price. The problem is with their plumbing...toilets don't flush reliably (which leads to questionable smells around the place) and they do not provide guests with hot water for showers. It's not pleasant. The buffet breakfast was questionable (for example, they provided cereal, but no bowls or milk with which to eat it.). But it is ok for the price

Where do I start. The photos on their website may have been correct many years ago, but not now. The dining room is downstairs and feels like a dungeon. The food was adequate and the included breakfast as a tour group was lukewarm and very little choice, no western options if you wanted them. Our room was dirty and in a state of disrepair. The only saving grace was the bed wasn't too firm. The window wouldn't close and the Housekeeping manager broke the latch when he tried to close it, the shower head leaked and water came out everywhere except where it should have. The hand basin had been broken previously and a shoddy repair carried out. The floor wasn't swept during the whole 3 day stay. Staff were always trying, but the state of the building was far too much for them to cope.
