    I had stay with Howard Plaza The Fern Agra. It was excellent stay . food was osm.time of checking welcome drink serve by hotel staff.room was neat & clean.in morning breakfast there was lot of varities .staff is very helpful .I really anjoy the trip.i strongly recommended to all.

    Had a great stay and there staff was very humble they help in every situation.The housekeeping team response very fast they provide all things on time. Good thing is that the hotel is near to taj mahal...thank you guys for lovely experience.

    This is a non professional hotel and irresponsible staff. No body is accountable for any guest experience even they dont seek feedbacks. Spent a week at this hotel .. most of things was out of service in room.
