    Good stay, nice food. Very polite,helpful and soft spoken staff especially Shabiya. It was an official tour but had problem in my leg due to operation in which she was very helpful with everything. Thanks Pragya

    Very good old hotel, cultural program is good food is good, hotel room is very stylish and royal look, i feel in this hotel like prince hotel staff is very helpfull and friendly miss shabiya is take care of all aminities and very help full with our full stey

    We visited hotel Grand Imperial in March and it turned out to be the best choice we made. The hotel has amazing ambience. Rooms are beautiful and clean. We stayed in the suite room and had the royal experience. The staff is very accommodating and amazing. Shabiya at the helpdesk made our check-in super smooth and quick. The room service was fast as well and the food is very tasty. We ordered chicken tikka and butter chicken and it was delicious. We would love to visit again and will surely recommend people to visit and have the Lavish experience.

    The grand imperial is a gem if you are looking for a property to enjoy old world charm. Special word of thanks for Savita who ensured all our concerns are addressed promptly .her positive attitude and willingness to help is something to emulate by several youngsters planning to be a part of hospitality industry. Property has an excellent history with lovely suites and a pool in the backyard .it is certainly worth repeat visits. However the main concern is regarding the driver rooms which should be given priority for road travellers .

    Absolutely horrible. Smelly rooms, poor service, quality of food & breakfast not upto the mark. Mohit, Shiv & Saurabh - these guys are a bunch of unprofessional & uneducated people who do not know how to manage a hotel/any guest. Please email me on kushalmehta3@gmail.com so we can get this place shut or get our refund.
